01 Process

Approach.

I structure complex systems so decisions can be made clearly and consistently.

01

Define the decision space

Identify available choices, constraints, and what can be eliminated early. Reduce the problem before attempting to solve it.

02

Structure the inputs

Reduce inputs to a small set of high-signal questions that materially affect outcomes. Avoid collecting information that does not influence the decision.

03

Translate inputs into outcomes

Map responses to constrained, valid options using encoded domain logic. Ensure only viable paths are produced.

04

Produce clear decisions

Deliver a primary recommendation with explicit tradeoffs and alternatives. Outputs should be usable immediately, not interpreted.

Application

Alignment with UX Practice

Incorporates user research, workflow mapping, and iterative validation, while focusing on structuring how decisions are made rather than documenting each step as a separate artifact.
